Tim Parks was innate inside Manchester in 1954 and has lived near Verona in Italy for over twenty years. He is the creator of many works of fiction (notably Europa which was shortlisted for the Booker Prize in 1997) and non-nonfictional prose. He has likewise worked as a teacher & translator.
